Shipping Policy – 9Ties

Thank you for shopping with 9Ties ♡

Processing Time

Orders are usually processed and prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days after payment has been confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates

We currently offer:

Standard Shipping — $15 AUD
Express Shipping — $20 AUD

Shipping costs will also be shown at checkout before payment is completed.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates only and begin once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, postal service delays, public holidays, weather or other circumstances outside the control of 9Ties.

Choosing Express Shipping speeds up the postal service used but does not change our normal order processing time.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, your tracking details will be sent to the email address provided with your order once your parcel has been dispatched.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your delivery details are correct before completing your order.

9Ties is not responsible for delays or parcels delivered incorrectly because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete address.

If you notice an error in your address, please contact us at support@9ties.online as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been dispatched.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once your parcel has been handed to the delivery carrier, delays may occasionally occur outside our control.

If you believe your parcel has been lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist you with the delivery enquiry where possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at support@9ties.online with your order number and photos of the item.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by this policy.
