9Ties Return & Refund Policy
All orders are final once placed.
Once an order has been submitted and payment has been confirmed, 9Ties does not offer cancellations, refunds or exchanges for change of mind, including if you:
- change your mind after ordering
- choose the wrong size, colour or style
- no longer want the item
Please check your order carefully before completing checkout.
Out of stock or unavailable items
If an item you ordered becomes unavailable or 9Ties is unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you and refund the amount paid for that unavailable item.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your item is faulty, damaged, significantly different from its description, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at support@9ties.online.
Nothing in this policy removes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Swimwear
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges on swimwear. This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
